    We built simply to give you the best possible video and the lowest bandwidth, but sometimes we all have a little internet trouble, sadly we have not quite worked out how to tell you internet provider to do better. Our minimum Bandwidth for a SD call is 1Mbps Up & down (up and down is important as we send video to and from your device) We recommended Bandwidth of 2Mbps to give you 720p HD 2.8Mbps to give a super awesome 1080p Full HD call 💯 Simply Video uses the Cisco QoS baseline as a basis fSome readers
  • Camera & Mic settings
    To change your Camera & Microphone settings, press the drop down next to each, this will tell you what devices are available.  If you see yourself & the Green bar is bopping along, then your good to go, enjoy your meeting.Some readers
  • Deleting your account
    In the unlikely event you need to delete your account. We are sorry to see you go. If you log into your dashboard and click Personal>>Settings. Personal>>settings Once there click Delete account bottom right. You will be asked to confirm your password, then click Delete agSome readers
  • Screen Sharing
    To share your screen in a meeting, select the Start presentation button on the meeting controls at the bottom of the screen.  Once you have pressed the button, you will see a pop-up which will give you the choice of what you want to share:- Entire screen, a specific application window or a browser Tab.   • Joining a meeting you were invited to
    Joining a meeting With Simply joining a meeting requires a host to send you a meeting link, this could arrive in an email invite or as a simple copy and paste in slack, Teams or other instant message platforms.  Once you get one just click this link or copy into an internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on any device and you are off. 😃  The Link will look like:- www.simply.video/my-meeting-room or [https://simply.video/5Fcb65](https://simplSome readers
  • Meeting Room controls
    The team at Simply Video have made it super simple to control your meeting room, all the in call controls are found at the bottom of the window. If you don't see these give your mouse a wiggle, they might just be hiding... 🤘Some readers
  • I forgot my password
    It happens to us all! Don’t worry it's an easy fix. Head over to https://simply.video and goto the sign in page, there you will find a forgotten password link on the sign in screen, be quick though, as the link is only valid for 8 hours. Remember to check your junk as highly motivated spam filters sometimes grab these emails. 👍Some readers
  • Locking a meeting room
    We all know security is a necessity online and at Simply Video is no different. When you set up your account for the first time we automatically set you a host pin, and you can set a guest pin whenever you like in the settings dashboard. However, sometimes you need a little more privacy and to guarantee no one who has your PIN can accidentally join the wrong meeting or join at the wrong time.   • Integrations

  • Troubleshooting
    While it is always best practice to use a headset in a video call, also we have some pretty advanced wizardry under the bonnet to deal with feedback & echo suppression. 🙌 If you are still hearing yourself back, this isn’t an issue at your end! It is someone else in the call who is not following best practice and has their volume too high, to find them, mute each attndee in turn until the echo goes, then ask them to use a headset or turn down the speakers at there end.
