Camera and Mic Settings To change your camera and microphone settings, press the drop down next to each, this will tell you what devices are available. If you see yourself and the green bar is bopping along as you speak, then you're good to go! Enjoy your meeting.
I forgot my password
I forgot my password As with pretty much anything requiring a login, we’ve got an easy fix for anyone that’s forgotten their password. We won’t judge - it happens to us all. Head over to https://simply.video and go to the sign in page, there you will find a forgotten password link on the sign in screen. Don’t dawdle though, the link is only valid for eight hours. Remember to check your junk folder as highly motivated spam filters sometimes grab these emails. 👍 !(

We've made this process even easier - you can now do this directly from the device simply by uttering the magic words, Activate Help.
