Network Requirements With SimplyVideo you get to have your cake and eat it too. We built the system to give you the best possible video and the lowest bandwidth. Having said that, sometimes there are elements that are beyond our control. Everyone has a little Internet trouble, and while we’d love to snap our fingers and fix any such issues, we’ve not quite worked out how to tell your Internet Service Provider to do better. I forgot my password
I forgot my password As with pretty much anything requiring a login, we’ve got an easy fix for anyone that’s forgotten their password. We won’t judge - it happens to us all. Head over to https://simply.video and go to the sign in page, there you will find a forgotten password link on the sign in screen. Don’t dawdle though, the link is only valid for eight hours. Remember to check your junk folder as highly motivated spam filters sometimes grab these emails. 👍 !(
