  • I forgot my password
As with pretty much anything requiring a login, we’ve got an easy fix for anyone that’s forgotten their password. Head over to https://simply.video and go to the sign in page, there you will find a forgotten password link on the sign in screen. Don’t dawdle though, the link is only valid for eight hours. Remember to check your junk folder as highly motivated spam filters sometimes grab these emails. (https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/fd77995fd207a8Few readers
  • My new branding isn't displaying properly
If you've branded your portal, but aren't seeing your image updates there's a simple fix. The issue is caused by browser cache. This is where images are stored to help the site load quicker when you next visit. In order to see the new images, you need to clear your browser's cache. Here is a helpful link on how to clear your cache for most mainstream browsers: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-clear-cache-2617980Few readers
  • I can hear an echo
While it's always best practice to use a headset in a video call, also we have some pretty advanced wizardry under the bonnet to deal with feedback and echo suppression. If you are still hearing yourself back when you speak, this isn’t an issue at your end, it's someone else in the call who is not following best practice and has their volume too high. To find them, mute each attendee in turn until the echo goes, then ask them to use a headset or turn down the speakers at their end.Few readers
