We've built SimplyVideo to give you the best possible video and the lowest bandwidth. Having said that, sometimes there are elements that are beyond our control. Everyone has a little Internet trouble, and while we’d love to snap our fingers and fix any such issues, we’ve not quite worked out how to tell your Internet Service Provider to do better. You can use SimplyVideo on Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, and Opera. Please note that Internet Explorer is not a supported browser. Due to limited functionality and support, Microsoft recommend replacing IE with Edge. Scheduling your first meeting SimplyVideo has an easy-to-use scheduler built-in. This will allow you to create a scheduled meeting, and from there you can invite your guests using any of the following methods: Copy a link to it Create an ICS file (for Outlook and Apple Calendar) Create a gCal link (for Google Calendar). With SimplyVideo, joining a meeting requires a host sending you a meeting link. Once received, just open it in any internet browser. Once you've signed up you’ll find yourself on your very own user dashboard. From here, you can schedule a meeting or host one right off the bat. We’ve made everything super easy from here onwards. You can set up PINs to grant access to meetings. The Host PIN will allow you to join scheduled meetings as the host. The Guest PIN allows guests to join. Simple. You can view PINs by logging in, selecting the Dashboard icon, then selecting ‘Settings’. You’ll find the relevant information in the ‘Meeting Settings’ section. To change your camera and microphone settings, select the cog icon towards the bottom left of your screen. Press the dropdown next to each, this will tell you what devices are available. If you see yourself and the green bar is bopping along as you speak, then you're good to go! Tap 'Apply' and enjoy your meeting.Few readersMeeting room controls

Once you’ve set up SimplyVideo, you can start adding members of your team. For full features you need two people in the organisation with a Business Licence. All other users can have any other licence and you’ll still get the full range of features available. Remember though that the Free Licence will limit your calls to 20 minutes.
