Screen sharing
To share your screen in a meeting, select the ‘Enable Screen Share’ button on the meeting controls you’ll find at the bottom of the screen.

Chrome, Edge, and Firefox users
Using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox, selecting this button will present a pop-up which will give you the choice of what you want to share:
- Your entire screen
- An application window
- A browser tab
Pick your desired option and select the ‘Share’ button. Once you’ve done that, the selected window will be shared in to the call / meeting.

Safari users
Unfortunately for Apple stalwarts, Safari won’t bring up the pop-up that allows you to select a specific element to share, instead it’ll default to your entire screen. It’s a minor limitation due to the infrastructure of Safari.
On the plus side, the process is even simpler. Just selecting the ‘Enable Screen Share’ button is all you have to do to share the screen with your audience.
To stop presenting, select the end presentation icon.
