I forgot my password
As with pretty much anything requiring a login, we’ve got an easy fix for anyone that’s forgotten their password.
Head over to https://simply.video and go to the sign in page, there you will find a forgotten password link on the sign in screen. Don’t dawdle though, the link is only valid for eight hours.
Remember to check your junk folder as highly motivated spam filters sometimes grab these emails.
