Fixing poor video quality on a RealWear device

If you are experiencing poor video quality during your video call, you will need to check your bandwidth settings.

When using an Assisted Reality (aR) device, first say "My programs" then say, "SimplyVideo". This will bring up the following:

Then say, "Settings" and this will bring up the settings tab:

To select the call quality that you require, say "Call quality" followed by "Low", "Medium", "High", or "Best".

To return to your video call, simply say "Navigate home".

If you are using a ZTE 4G dongle, you can check your signal in the top right hand corner when you navigate home.
