Configuring your RealWear device for SimplyVideo

Upon receiving your device and wearing it for the first time, the device will ask for a configuration code.

This can be generated from your browser or from your Realwear Mobile Companion application.

Using the Web Browser

Navigate to https://realwear.setupmyhmt.com/configure
Select your device model
Open the Configuration tab
Select 'First Configuration'
Select the time and date
Enter the name of the router manually
Select 'Password Security WPA/WPA2 PSK'
Enter your password
Generate your QR code
Scan it with the headset

Using the Companion app

Download the Realwear Companion app from either Google Play or iOS store
Open the Configuration tab
Select 'First Configuration'
Select the language
Select the time and date
Select the network you want to join. If you are unable to select the network, then you can enter the name of the router manually.
Enter your password
Generate your QR code
Scan it with the headset

Please note, your SSID/network name must be exact, including all caps, spaces, and special characters.
